/confessional create

Create confessional channels for each specified user.

Note

Discord has a hard cap of 500 channels (text/voice/category/etc) in a server. This command will warn you if the amount of created channels will exceed this limit.

Note

The created confessional channel inherit view permissions from the parent category (except for users' specific channel). If you want the channel to only be visible to specific user, you need to set disable @everyone's permission to view the category.

  • Confessional users: Users and roles to create confessional channels for.
  • Channel category: Category to place created channels.
    • Note: Discord limits categories to 50 sub-channels. If there isn't enough space to create all channels, the command will produce a warning.
  • Channel name: (Optional) Template for confessional channel names. Instances of $ will be replaced with the user's name.
    • Example: confessional-$ -> confessional-alice, confessional-bob.
  • Channel topic: (Optional) Text to set as the topic for each created channel.
